Rajat Verma

Rajat Verma, Founder & CEO of LOHUM, recognized early the risks of global dependence on China for critical minerals. An IIT Kanpur aerospace engineer (’98) with further education at Stanford (’99) and Harvard Business School (’06), he founded LOHUM in 2018 to transform India’s role in the energy transition. Today, LOHUM is India’s largest diversified producer of sustainable critical minerals and commands 90% of the nation’s battery recycling market. With global partnerships in the US and UAE, LOHUM matches China on cost while surpassing environmental benchmarks; demonstrating how developing economies can lead in sustainable innovation for the world’s critical mineral supply chain.

Pranit Mehta

Pranit Mehta is the Co-Founder and VP of Sales Operations at GalaxEye Space, a pioneering DeepTech startup building the world’s first constellation of multi-sensor imaging satellites. An alumnus of IIT Madras, he led Avishkar Hyperloop, the only Asian team to compete at Elon Musk’s SpaceX Hyperloop Competition, showcasing India’s engineering excellence on a global stage.

Shashwath T R

Shashwath is an accomplished electronics engineer with nearly 17 years of expertise in advanced non-destructive testing solutions for critical industries, including aerospace, oil and gas, and nuclear power. An SRM Engineering College alumnus, he honed his technical skills over 15 years at Lucid Software, where he led efforts in ultrasound technology and computer vision algorithms tailored for heavy industry applications. Driven by a passion for hands-on learning and innovation, Shashwath co-founded Mindgrove, inspired by the Shakti project, to develop cutting-edge microchips and embedded systems built around the Shakti core. His career reflects a unique blend of systems engineering, high-level machine vision, and software development, making him a leader in precision technology and industrial software.

Parag Naik

Parag Naik

Parag is a seasoned technology serial entrepreneur with over 32 years of industry experience, including more than 21 years in indigenous high-technology startups. He is the CEO and co-founder of Saankhya Labs, India's first private fabless semiconductor company, which he has led since its inception in 2007. Under his leadership, Saankhya developed and launched indigenous SDR chipsets and communication products for a wide range of applications. In 2022, Saankhya was acquired by Tejas Networks, a Tata Group company. Prior to Saankhya, Parag co-founded Smart Yantra Technologies in 2000, which was acquired by Genesis Microchip in 2004, and Vayavya Labs in 2006. Both companies were at the forefront of high-technology product development.

Venkatasubramanian Narayanan

Venkat is the Co-Founder & CEO of Peptris Technologies, where he is driving the use of AI/ML to transform drug discovery. With over 25 years of experience in systems and software development at companies like Philips Software and Prysm Displays, he brings deep expertise in building scalable technologies. An IIT Delhi alumnus with an integrated Master’s in Mathematics and Computer Applications, Venkat holds 7 patents spanning AI-driven drug discovery, display systems, firmware upgrades, and next-gen user interaction models
